1st Radstock Beavers enjoyed a trip to Radstock Library and Community Hub on Wednesday, 1st February. They were working towards their Book Reader badge by talking about their favourite books and how to care for them, as well as undertaking craft activities which included making a bookmark.

Librarian Diane, and volunteers Julie and Mike, also talked to the Beavers about activities and facilities available at the Hub, including craft sessions and how they could borrow litter picking equipment.

The meeting ended with the investiture of one of their newest members.

They still have a few places available for six and seven-year-olds.
