Bath and North East Somerset Council to introduce a no right turn restriction to the length of A367 Market Place, Radstock at its junction with Bath Old Road, Radstock and Waterloo Road, Radstock at its junction with A367 Market Place and at its junction with Bath Old Road, Radstock and its junction with A367 Market Place on 18th September.

Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under

section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order to the effect of

which will be to temporarily introduce a no right turn restriction in that length of:

· A367 Market Place, Radstock at its junction with Bath Old Road, Radstock so

vehicles will be prohibited from turning right onto Bath Old Road. USRN: 47961360

· A no right turn restriction will also be introduced in that length of Waterloo Road,

Radstock at its junction with A367 Market Place and at its junction with Bath Old

Road, Radstock and its junction with A367 Market Place. Vehicles will be prohibited

from turning right onto A367 Market Place, Radstock from both of these junctions.

This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near

the road to enable Bath & North East Somerset Council to undertake drainage

improvement works on the 18th September 2023 for a maximum period of 7 days. The

road will only be restricted as and when traffic signs are in position and may not be effected

for the whole of the period but only for so long as is necessary to execute the works. This is

anticipated to be for FIVE DAYS.
