This year’s Norton Radstock Classic Vehicle Club Gathering will be held this Sunday, 13th August. This free event, sponsored by the NRCVC, will take place at the Camerton Community Hall and Field.
This will be the 8th year that the Gathering has been held and is now well-established as an important event in the classic vehicle calendar. Last year, over 600 classics from the early 1900s up to the late 20th century took part, and this year, it is hoped that a similar number will attend. Such is the popularity of the event that entries in previous years have travelled from as far as Cambridge, London and Exeter.
Classic vehicle drivers will receive a souvenir fridge magnet as they enter the field.
The event, which has free entry for the public and classic vehicle owners, is open from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Refreshments will be available and it is hoped to have a number of stalls for auto-jumble and car-related items.
The NRCVC sponsors the event to promote classic vehicle ownership and has over 130 local members. If you want to find out more about the club, you can visit the website: www.nrcvcvehicleclub.co.uk.
