The trial of a teenager accused of stabbing 16-year-old Charley Bates in Radstock library car park on 31st July last year began on Monday, 27th March.
Now into it's second week, the courtroom has heard from Joshua Delbono, who is accused of fatally stabbing Charley Bates, as he gives evidence in his defence.
The trial is being presided over by Judge William Hart. A jury of twelve has been sworn in and the trial is expected to take two weeks. The trial is taking place at Bristol Crown Court.
