19-year-old Joshua Delbono, accused of murdering Charley Bates on 31st July 2022, has had his trial adjourned after the official trail was meant to start yesterday (23rd January).

Charley Bates, a 16-year-old Radstock boy, died following an incident outside Radstock Library last July, but Joshua Delbono, from Frome, denies his murder.

Joshua appeared in Bristol Court Court yesterday (Monday, 23rd January) but his trial was adjourned due to 'legal reasons' and a provisional date has been set for March 27th.

Joshua Delbono was remanded in custody with no application for bail and no plea taken.
