THE Radstock and Midsomer Norton Lions Club is organising an Easter Eggstravaganza at the Somer Centre in Midsomer Norton, taking place from 2 pm on Saturday, March 30.
The Easter Bonnet competition is open to all ages with prizes being handed out by Susan Hill and the Mayor of Midsomer Norton, Cllr Gordon Mackay.
With enough entries from children of different ages, the hope is to have a few parades before presenting the prize Easter eggs.
The Radstock and Midsomer Norton Silver Band will be playing and there will be lots of stalls to browse at the craft fair.
The Lions are also currently busy making Easter egg baskets which they will be selling off to raise funds for good causes.
Anyone interested in the chocolate hampers will be able to pick them up from local pubs and cafes in the weeks leading up to Easter. Over forty hampers have been made this year, and will be raffled off for £1 each.
Entries for the Easter Bonnet competition can be entered by emailing [email protected] or ring Margaret on 01761 437185.
Registering with name and age will help the Lions with planning.
If you would like to book a table, please contact Carol [email protected] or call 07932 497786.
