The two Reception classes at St. John’s School, Midsomer Norton, have been discovering the exciting process of creating a delicious pudding!
While collecting Autumn leaves during Forest School, pupils discovered a number of apples that had blown down in the orchard and thought it would be fun to make apple crumble.
All the good ones were collected and washed, then the children made full use of the school’s cookery room and learnt how to use a knife safely to cut up the apples and make the crumble mixture. Everyone took a portion home to share with their families!
