Jeremy Clarkson’s infamous ‘Diddly Squat Farm’ range is coming to Somerset-based farm shops
The range, which has been made famous by the TV star’s Clarkson’s Farm series, will be available from Flourish Foodhall and Kitchen, which has two branches in North East Somerset.
Customers can expect a large display at both Flourish sites in Norton St Philip and Saltford after the launch at 8am on Thursday, January 23.
Flourish’s wholesale partner, Cotswold Fayre, has recently been announced as the exclusive wholesaler for the Diddly Squat Farm range and this exclusivity has been extended to Flourish Foodhall and Kitchen.
Flourish will be the first retailer to stock this for several weeks before it is supplied nationwide.
With products across multiple categories, including the iconic Bee Juice (honey), Flourish will be the first Cotswold Fayre retailer to stock Diddly Squat Farm products.
As seen in the popular Amazon Prime series, Clarkson’s Farm, Diddly Squat Farm Shop has become a must-visit destination with a focus on sustainable farming practices and British locally-grown produce.
Flourish Foodhall and Kitchen opened in 2021 in Glenavon Farm, Bristol, as a people and planet-focused place to eat and shop offering a range of fantastic food, home and lifestyle products that are sustainably and locally sourced where possible.
In 2024, Flourish opened a second site in Norton St Philip, near Bath, and Diddly Squat Farm products will be stocked at both sites. As a B-Corp, Flourish Foodhall and Kitchen’s values align with Diddly Squat Farm with the shared goal of celebrating great products made by small local producers.
Paul Castle, Managing Director of Flourish, said: “We are delighted to be stocking Diddly Squat Farm products, especially as part of the collaboration with Cotswold Fayre.
“At Flourish we want to highlight the work of small independent producers and local farmers, the Diddly Squat Farm range fits well within that.”
Diddly Squat Farm Shop, based in Chadlington, near Chipping Norton in Oxfordshire, was established in 2020 and is the brainchild of Jeremy Clarkson after realising that potatoes did indeed grow well on his farm and he had accidentally produced 40 tonnes of them. And the rest is history since teaming up with partner, Lisa, to offer even more produce.
The following year Clarkson launched Hawkstone Lager which is brewed by the Cotswold Brewing Co in Bourton on the Water, in Gloucestershire.
