Keynsham’s popular Good Afternoon Choir will again be performing as part this year’s Keynsham Music Festival.
They will be singing at St John’s Church on Friday, June 30th. This is a free admission concert supporting local charities including the local Branch of MIND, starting at 7.30pm.
There are now twenty three Good Afternoon Choirs across the West of England and the founder Grenville Jones, ‘Mr Music’, conducts the 60 voice Keynsham Good Afternoon Choir. They rehearse every Wednesday from 2pm-4pm at Keynsham Methodist Church Victoria Centre and new singers are always welcome.
The brilliant Mencap Music Man Project will also perform at the concert on Friday, 30th June.
“The doors open at 6.45pm for what’s bound to be a full church and a great night of music for everyone,” says Grenville.
