PEOPLE are being asked to put their best foot forward to join in with the annual Circuit of Bath sponsored walk in aid of Julian House.

The event on Sunday, September 22, will be a vital fundraiser for Julian House and every step will make a difference in helping to provide life-changing and life-saving care to vulnerable people across the region.

The route will take people along the beautiful outskirts of Bath with stunning views from Little Solsbury Hill, Lansdown and Millennium Viewpoint.

The walk has been an annual event for more than 20 years and has brought together thousands of individuals all willing to make a difference and walk that extra mile to help Julian House.

Around 500 people took part last year and helped to raise £50,000. Visit www.circuitofbathwalk.co.uk.

The Julian House charity supports vulnerable individuals, including people experiencing homelessness, escaping domestic abuse, adults with learning difficulties and people who need support after leaving prison.

The charity aims to build a just society where socially excluded people are supported and empowered to build sustainable lives.

Nordic walking instructor Yvonne Bignall, who has taken part before, said: “We had so much fun on the walk and it really is a beautiful circuit of Bath.”
