Dynamic duo Michelle and Mimmo have had their Somerset restaurant inspected by Alex Polizzi of the hit Channel 5 show The Hotel Inspector.
Based in Wellow, the Riders Rest Cafe and The House of Porchetta, is known for supplying the community with delicious porchetta paninos, which are crafted with tradition.
The journey showcased Michelle and Mimmo business as the pair demonstrated their passion for craft and dedication to delivering exceptional cuisine and hospitality.
With hard work and dedication, Riders Rest Cafe has built a reputation for their authentic Italian Porchetta paninos.
Mimmo, who’s expertise in creating Porchetta from scratch using time-honoured Italian techniques, said: "We're grateful for the chance to share our passion for Porchetta with a wider audience,”

Alex Polizzi assisted the couple by providing a trailer, which enabled them to take their Porchetta on the road for events and special occasions.
Michelle and Mimmo are seeking venues to collaborate with and bring the House of Porchetta experience to new locations.
