New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to 11 of Somerset’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to three restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Eat The Bird at Unit 1 Pegasus Court, Coal Orchard, Taunton, Somerset; rated on November 12

• Rated 5: BaxterStorey - National Grid at Training Centre, Venture Way, Priorswood Industrial Estate, Taunton; rated on November 8

• Rated 5: Taunton Central (North) Premier Inn at Massingham Park, Taunton, Somerset; rated on November 8

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And six ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:
