New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to 11 of Somerset’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The following ratings have been given to eight restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Caffe Nero at 28 High Street, Wells, Somerset; rated on January 9

• Rated 5: Subway at 19 Market Place, Frome, Somerset; rated on January 6

• Rated 5: Bill's Street at Unit 37b, Clarks Village, Farm Road, Street; rated on December 11

• Rated 5: Pear Tree Farm Animal Sanctuary at Pear Tree Farm, Animal Sanctuary, Wells Road, Yarley; rated on December 11

• Rated 5: The Mitre at 27 Benedict Street, Glastonbury, Somerset; rated on December 5

• Rated 4: FLOW BAR at 8 The Bridge, Frome, Somerset; rated on November 28

• Rated 3: A Huevo! at 14 King Street, Frome, Somerset; rated on November 28
