New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to five of North Somerset’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to two restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 4: Zak's Indian Kitchen at 57 Whitecross Road, Weston-Super-Mare, North Somerset; rated on April 16

• Rated 2: Scotty's Kitchen at 11 Waterloo Street, Weston-Super-Mare, North Somerset; rated on March 14

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And two ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:

• Rated 4: Market Inn at 1 North End Road, Yatton, Bristol North Somerset; rated on March 14

• Rated 3: Wrington Sports & Social Club at Silver Street, Wrington, Bristol; rated on March 14
