New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to seven of Somerset’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to four restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Eastside Canteen at Victoria House, Ground Floor Victoria Street, Taunton, Somerset; rated on June 13

• Rated 5: Subway at Shell Service Station, 26 Westpark, Chelston, Wellington; rated on June 13

• Rated 5: Compass Disability Services at Units 11 - 12, Belvedere Trading Estate, Taunton, Somerset; rated on June 12

• Rated 5: Odeon Cinema at Heron Gate, Taunton, Somerset; rated on June 6

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And two ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:

• Rated 5: New Mill at Bridgwater Road, Bathpool, Taunton; rated on June 6

• Rated 4: The Beambridge Inn at Beambridge Wellington, Somerset; rated on May 25
