New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bath and North East Somerset’s pubs, bars or nightclubs, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Lamb Inn, at Lamb Hotel, Park Road, Paulton, Bristol was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on February 7.

And Toby Carvery Maes Knoll, at The Black Lion, Bristol Road, Whitchurch, Bristol was also given a score of four on February 7.

It means that of Bath and North East Somerset's 176 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 111 (63%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
