New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Somerset’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Ye Olde Poppe Inn Ltd, a pub, bar or nightclub at Axminster Road, Tatworth, Chard Somerset was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on August 1.

And Mr Micawbers Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 15a The Parade, Minehead, Somerset was given a score of five on August 18.
