A FROME woman is celebrating after their dog won at the Kennel Club International Agility Festival.
Sarah Young, from Frome, and her five-year-old Border Collie, Delicious, took first place in the Large Kennel Club Championship Final on Saturday, August 10, qualifying the pair to compete at the Crufts in March 2025.
Sarah Young, who has been competing in agility for 28 years, said: “It was very exciting to win the Large Championship. Delicious performed exceptionally well, and I am proud of her.”
The four-day festival, supported by Skinner’s, brought together dogs of various sizes, shapes, and breeds at Oakham to compete in navigating jumps, weaves, and tunnels.
