A MAN has been arrested in connection with a stabbing in Bath which left a teenager injured.

The incident occurred at about 11.50am on Wednesday, September 4, in a playground off Chelwood Drive, near Odd Down sports ground. A man in his late teens was injured in the incident, but his injuries are not considered life-threatening. A man, also in his late teens, was arrested from an address in Odd Down on Friday, September 6, on suspicion of attempted murder and remains in police custody. Avon and and Somerset Police said: “Officers continue to appeal for any witnesses who may have seen what happened, or who may have any footage which could help with the investigation. “Detectives are seeking information from anyone who witnessed a dark-coloured car leaving Chelwood Drive at speed towards Bloomfield Road after the incident.
