A large fire has broken out at Haydon Industrial Estate in Radstock this afternoon (Friday, March 21), sending huge clouds of black smoke into the air.
A local resident who lives nearby said: “The smoke was so thick and high it blocked out the sun for a moment. We had no idea what was happening!”
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service has confirmed that crews are on the scene and actively working to bring the fire under control.
