The Community Cinema returns to Midsomer Norton Town Hall this weekend with three fantastic new films.
First up is Jurassic Park Dominion on Friday 26th August at 7.30pm. Four years after the destruction of Isla Nublar, Biosyn operatives attempt to track down Maisie Lockwood, while Dr Ellie Sattler investigates a genetically engineered swarm of giant insects.
Then on Saturday, 27th August at 2.30pm is DC's League of Super-Pets, an animated action comedy in which Superman’s pet dog joins forces with a group of shelter animals to rescue his master from the clutches of a guinea pig supervillain.
This is followed by Where The Crawdads Sing at 7.30pm. Based on the hit novel of the same name, a woman who raised herself in the marshes of the deep South becomes a suspect in the murder of a man she was once involved with.
These screenings will again take advantage of the HD big screen cinema set up, 7.1 Full Dolby Surround Sound System with refreshments ranging from popcorn and ice cream to drinks from the fully licenced Sarah Ann Bar.
Advance booking is recommended to guarantee your seat. Tickets can be purchased online at www.ticketsource.co.uk/mnct
After this weekend the Community Cinema will take a short break over the autumn whilst Town Hall refurbishment works are carried out, with screenings expected to return in December or January.
