The Midsomer Norton and Radstock Branch of the Royal British Legion has a new president. The Branch took the opportunity of the visit by the County Chairman to formally present the new President with the Branch Jewel.

Peter Daulby, who retired from the Royal Air Force Last July, filled the position. Retired Group Captain Peter took over the reins from Geoff Wilson who had filled the role for the last ten years.

Geoff, who is the branch secretary, stated that he felt it was time for a change to allow him to concentrate on the secretarial role. Peter was presented with the ‘President Jewel’ by the County Chairman, Robert McDonald.
