A North Somerset restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Grand Pier, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Grand Pier Ltd, Marine Parade, Weston-Super-Mare was given the score after assessment on May 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of North Somerset's 253 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 174 (69%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
