YB's Bistro @ The Anchor Inn, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 60 Ham Green, Pill, Bristol was given the score after assessment on December 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Somerset's 296 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 217 (73%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
