A North Somerset restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Bistrot Pierre, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Princess Royal Square, Beach Road, Weston-Super-Mare was given the score after assessment on September 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of North Somerset's 299 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 215 (72%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
