A North Somerset takeaway has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Wan Tu, a takeaway at 34 High Street, Portishead, Bristol was given the score after assessment on August 16, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of North Somerset's 142 takeaways with ratings, 84 (59%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
