Best Fish Grills, a takeaway at 4 St. James Street, Weston-Super-Mare, North Somerset was given the maximum score after assessment on September 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Somerset's 142 takeaways with ratings, 84 (59%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
