Kate White, a member of St John’s Church in Peasedown has written a new children’s book all about the life and times of Jesus Christ.

Kate wanted to write a book so her young daughter could learn more about Jesus’ teachings and life story, in an easy and digestible way for children.

Kate said: “This book is bright and colourful and in ‘scrap book’ style. Starting with the Christmas story through to the Gospels and Easter to the present day, the book documents a conversation between two friends who explain how all the parts of Jesus’ life link together.”

St John’s Church Vicar, Revd Matthew Street, said: “Congratulations to Kate on the release of her new book. It’s a fantastic publication that allows and enables children to learn about Jesus’ life in a colourful and visual way. The book is a great example of how in a variety of ways we can share the Christian message with others.”
