A church in Peasedown St John is hosting another of their successful ‘Fun Times’ events for families during the upcoming half-term school holidays.
St John’s Church, which already runs a wide variety of activities for children throughout the week, has organised ‘Fun Times’ on several occasions before and it’s already become extremely popular.
Church Operations Manager and Children’s Pastor, Rob Bubyer, said: “The key purpose behind the creation of our ‘Fun Times’ events in each school holiday is to provide a low-cost affordable event for families in Peasedown with a big obstacle course for primary aged children and a smaller bouncy castle for toddlers.
“Fun Times also includes a pop-up cafe selling cakes and fresh coffee plus some craft activities too.”
Run by a team of church volunteers, the next ‘Fun Times’ event will be held on Friday, May 31, from 10am – 12pm at The Hive Community Centre, Bath Road.
The event is for under 11s. Families are asked to pay a small fee of £2.50 per child.
No need to book - just turn up from 10am at The Hive Community Centre.
