As the weather gets colder, many of us are starting to plan what the festive season will entail.

We’ve searched for the cosiest holiday lets available in and around Midsomer Norton that are available over the Christmas period.

Midsomer House is a Victorian manor house that was built in 1840, split over two floors.

Inside, the ground floor has an entrance hall, a rear lounge with a slate balcony, a front lounge, a kitchen, a games room with bar and a pool table), and a utility room with washing and drying facilities.

Upstairs, there are six double bedrooms, with a potential to host 16 guests, while outside there is a ten-person hot tub.

Ash Tree Cabin sits close to a stream, in a biodiverse wooded valley, with its own private wetland field clearing.

The cabin encloses a caravan as the bedroom and has a small galley kitchenette and a living space with a log burner.

Outside, there is a covered outdoor space with a barbecue and fire bowl, while a 60-foot tall ash tree towers over the cabin.
