Over the past week SWALLOW Charity have been having a spooky time celebrating Halloween.

SWALLOW members, local adults and teenagers with learning disabilities, love to dance. At the two SWALLOW Boogie Nights sessions in Westfield and Bath, they have had fun dressing up. They also had a blast at their Activity Day at Orchard Hall in Midsomer Norton and their Horticulture Group in Westfield.

These activities are just part of the range of social and therapeutic activities that SWALLOW Charity has been offering to its members with learning disabilities across the local community since 1993.

SWALLOW member, Leanne, said “I love Halloween boogie. I like dancing. I dressed up as a skeleton and I had fun with my friends”.

If you know someone who would love to join in with SWALLOW’s activities, there are currently spaces available at their Bath based groups on Tuesdays in the daytime and their dance group on Monday evenings.

Please help to spread the word about this opportunity and get in touch if you are interested to book yourself or a family member a place, email: [email protected] or ring 01761 414034.
