After 142 years of worship and ministry in Midsomer Norton, The Salvation Army at Stones Cross is sadly closing.

Many people throughout the town will have passed through the doors for activities such as Sunday worship, parent and toddler groups, food bank, over sixty meetings, CAMEO lunches, Rainbows and Brownies, movie afternoons, united Church events and much more.

On Sunday 18th February at 2pm they will be holding a ‘Valedictory Service’ in their hall. Everyone is invited to come along to this service which has the theme ‘Praise is Rising,’ to give thanks and praise to God for all that the ministry and work has happened over the years through The Salvation Army in Midsomer Norton.
