Heavy rainfall has had drastic consequences in the nearby market town of Frome.

Residents have reported incidents of flooding on Catherine Hill, an iconic street home to many of the town's independent businesses.

In one video posted on Facebook, cobblestones can be seen coming away from the street and floating down the hill with the running stream of water.

Some residents had difficulty walking down Whittox Lane, which joins on to Catherine Hill.
