Radstock Town Council will be looking for permanent sites to plant a commemorative tree to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in June next year.

Councillors noted the town does not have a strong record of being able to keep its commemorative trees in situ – with two having been relocated due to developments within the town in recent years.

Town Councillors suggested the new Nelson Ward Drive as a possible option, but will be looking to ask local residents. What do you think?
