PAULTON Rovers and Welton Rovers were both due to play matches in the Premier Division of the Western Counties Floodlit Youth Football league on Monday night (Sept 30).

Rovers were away to Clevedon Town, who are one of the favourites for the title, while Welton were due to play away to Weston super Mare.

Welton made a poor start to the season in their only game played so far, losing 7-0 away to Odd Down.

In the League KO Cup, Welton hasve been drawn away to Longwell Green Sports on Monday, October 7, while Paulton are home to Shepton Mallet the following Thursday.
