WITH the prospect of a heavy frost overnight, there is likely to be a pitch inspection ahead of Welton’s away game against Wellington in the Premier Division of the Jewson Western League tomorrow (Wed, Jan 8).

The inspection is expected to take place at the Playing Field ‘around about lunchtime.’

Wellington will be chasing a double against the division’s bottom side, having beaten their rivals 1-0 away earlier this season. Welton have yet to pick up a point this season.
