Last weekend, nine local judokas from Full Fat Grappling Judo & Jiu-Jitsu Club competed at the British Schools Judo Championships, facing 700 students from all over the UK. Full Fat Grappling’s Students came from Norton Hill School, Writhlington, Kilmersdon Primary and Binegar.

The Somerset students picked up wins in every category and improved on their previous performances. The Gifford brothers won five fights between them. Norton Hill’s Cody Hucker and Isaac Evans took home a bronze and a silver whilst Rafe Treasure also took bronze.
