AFTER their success in the FA Cup, Paulton Rovers will be back in action in the Premier Division of the Jewson Western League on Saturday August 24, when they play at home to Wellington (3.00).

Paulton beat Hamworthy Recreation 2-1 away in the cup on Sunday and now play away to Gloucester City in the first qualifying round on Saturday week.

Wellington, who finished 15th in the league last season, have made a bright start to the season. They took Southern League Bideford to a replay in the FA Cup on Tuesday night before losing 2-0 in North Devon. 

They have recorded wins at Ilfracombe, Buckland Athletic (cup) and Brixham.
