PAULTON completed their pre-season friendlies with a 3-0 win over Bristol Rovers U23s.

The visitors started well, but Paulton took the lead with a flicked near-post header by Josh Ford.

Paulton took control of the match, and made it 2-0 in the 22nd minute with a shot from Dan McBeam.

Bristol Rovers U23s improved in the second half, but Paulton continued to control the game.

Kitan Jaiyeboa, McBeam, and Dan Cottle all had chances but were unable to convert.

The third goal came in the 71st minute from a dribbling run by Milo Murgatroyd, who finished with a low shot into the corner of the net.

Paulton will start their Jewson League Premier Division season at home against Nailsea & Tickenham on Saturday, with the match kicking off at 3pm., followed by an away game at Street next Wednesday.
