A HAT-trick from Corey Rawlings helped Paulton Rovers comfortably beat rivals Radstock Town 5-0 in the first round of the FA Vase in front of a bumper crowd.

The recent history of this fixture meant that things could have gotten heated during the game, though the game started quietly.

Paulton would score first in the 28th minute through Rawlings. He would score then double and triple the score in the 41st and 47th minute to kill the game off.

Additional goals from Leo Eglin and Kye Simpson put Rovers further out of reach and safely through to the second round.
