They have played nine matches so far and have a five-point lead over Highlittleton Rec who have a crucial game in hand. In third spot are Cool Cats who are six points further behind, having played nine games.
At the other end of the table Coleford Legion are bottom with only one win from their opening nine matches. They are two points adrift of the next placed side Bee Team who are themselves two points behind Bush Babies.
Jill Watkins of Hartbeats is the highest scorer this winter with 56.
The league began the new season with 17 teams but Piggin Useless pulled out after playing only three matches and the table has been ammended accordingly.
