Bath and North East Somerset's motorists will have five road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
But drivers will be able to take some solace in the fact that all of them are only expected to cause slight delays, of under 10 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
• A36, from 8am May 28 to 6am June 29, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A36 Both Directions Bathampton to Beckington 24/7 multi way signals for drainage.
And a further four closures will begin over the next two weeks:
• A4, from 8am June 3 to 4pm June 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A4 Bathford Road Roundabout used as a diversion route for Wiltshire Council.
• A46, from 9am to 3.30pm on June 10, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A46 southbound, Swainswick lane closure for surveys.
• A36, from 9pm June 13 to 12.30am June 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A36 Bathampton traffic lights for DFT sensor repairs.
• A4, from 10pm June 14 to 6am June 15, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A4 eastbound, London Road entry slip road closed for drainage works, diversion via A46 northbound to Cold Ashton, to turn and return southbound.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
