Westfield’s Krazy Angels line dancing group recently held a fundraising appeal for the Mill Nursery at Chilcompton School.

Line dancing instructor Sally was approached by one of the parents, who asked whether the group would help raise funds for the nursery’s garden to buy some outdoor play equipment.

On April 6, Krazy Angels held a line dance - with a ploughman’s sandwich provided as fuel afterwards. Chilcompton Co-Op kindly donated French sticks to make sandwiches.

The group also had a raffle, Tombola and a stall selling goods. In total, the group managed to raise an amazing sum of £800 for the Mill Nursery.

Their next charity event will be held in June.
