Tabor Methodist Church: It was good to see our Church almost full when Paulton Concert Band and The Tabor Ringers joined together to provide an afternoon of carols and Christmas music, overseen by Mr Eric Barge. 

The audience joined in singing along with well known carols accompanied by the band; these were interspersed with Christmas music. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, singing along with popular Christmas music such as Winter Wonderland, Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer, Joy to the World and We Wish You a Merry Christmas, provided by both the band and the handbells and chimes group. The afternoon finished with a resounding arrangement from the band of a piece entitled Christmas Crackers, after which light refreshments were served.

There is no Service on 17th December but a Carol Service, led by Mrs Margaret West, has been arranged for Christmas Eve at 3pm. Refreshments will be served after the Service and everyone is welcome to attend.
