If you missed the Somer Valley Farms Pub at the Farm event last Saturday, held at their Knoll Farm in Peasedown St John, make sure to see them at the free Midsomer Norton Music and Arts Festival on the June 1, organised by the Community Trust.
With exceptional, farm-produced burgers on offer plus their ingenious Beer Truck, a converted Land Rover featuring 900 pints of chilled beer on tap, Pub on the Farm provided a tantalising glimpse of what to expect at the Festival.
The Somer Valley Brewing truck, available to book for parties and events, will be putting in an appearance at the Midsomer Festival on the June 1 with the darm running a BBQ and providing a covered seating area.
The festival has an exciting line-up this year with a free silent disco recently added to the entertainment on offer.
Somer Valley Farms are a regular at the Midsomer Norton Farmer’s Market, held on the first Saturday of every month in the Hollies Garden outside Sainsbury’s. The next market will be on May 4 featuring live music, a petting zoo, Tractor Ted activities, community stalls plus, all the regular traders’ stalls selling top-quality, locally-sourced produce.
