New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to nine of Bath and North East Somerset’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

The following ratings have been given to six restaurants, cafes or canteens:
• Rated 5: Matcha Thing at 19 - 20 The Corridor, City Centre, Bath, Bath And North East Somerset; rated on April 2
• Rated 5: Sound Church at Freedom House, Lower Bristol Road, Westmoreland, Bath; rated on March 30
• Rated 5: Avondown House Extra Care Housing Scheme at Avondown House, Langdon Road, Southdown, Bath; rated on March 27
• Rated 5: Bishop Sutton Community Library Cafe at Methodist Church, The Street, Bishop Sutton, Bristol; rated on March 27
• Rated 4: Mokka BLC at Mokka Blc, 34 High Street, Keynsham, Bath And North East Somerset; rated on March 12
• Rated 3: Chew Kitchen Limited at Acacia House, Bell Lane, Chew Stoke, Bristol; rated on March 11
