POLICE have descended on the A367 which has been closed following an incident in Radstock.

A number of emergency service vehicles have arrived at the scene on Wells Road, Radstock, this afternoon.

Motorists are currently being urged to avoid the area due to significant disruption

Traffic is building in both directions and delays are expected for some time.

Avon and Somerset Police have been approached for more information.
