THE High Street in Wrington has gained a new addition with the opening of Melhuish & Morrow, a boutique shop celebrating British craftsmanship.

Located in The Gallery, the shop offers a carefully curated selection of British-made home goods, furnishings, stationery, and gifts, all chosen for their craftsmanship and enduring quality.

The shop was founded by Elizabeth ‘Buffy’ Buckman and Caroline Holroyd, who credit their grandmothers, Shannah Melhuish and Eveline Morrow, as inspirations for the store's focus on quality and thoughtful design.

In addition to its retail offerings, Melhuish & Morrow also houses a studio where Elizabeth, a qualified upholsterer with years of experience, offers bespoke upholstery services. Elizabeth’s traditional upholstery techniques breathe new life into furniture, providing customers with the opportunity to restore and customise their beloved pieces.

Caroline, an interior designer with over ten years of experience, offers consultations to help clients create interiors that reflect their individual styles and needs.

As Wrington residents prepare for the festive season, the shop provides an opportunity to discover unique pieces that promise to bring lasting beauty to any home. With an emphasis on sustainability and quality, the founders hope to inspire customers to shop thoughtfully and cherish their purchases for years to come.
