A Somerset restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Amchara Health Retreat, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Langford Budville Wellington, Somerset was given the score after assessment on September 17, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Somerset's 1,007 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 843 (84%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
