SWALLOW Charity have some exciting events planned over the next few months.

The Radstock-based charity supports teenagers and adults with learning disabilities and has announced a host of fundraising activities for summer.

First on the lineup is a bingo night which will be hosted at Mardon’s Social Club in Westfield on Friday, June 21, at 7.30pm. There are a range of prizes to be won on the night, including food hampers, gig tickets and vouchers for meals out.

Following that, on Saturday, July 13, the SWALLOW Choir will be joining the Mendip Male Voice Choir for their annual summer performance.

A representative from the charity said: “Our members look forward to so much - the chance to sing alongside such a well-established community choir. And last year the event was sold out, St Nicholas Church was full to the rafters with guests, so do make sure to get your tickets soon.”

The Radstock Community Cafe will be serving cream teas with scones baked fresh in the café for attendees to enjoy before the show.

Tickets are now available to buy in both of SWALLOW’s cafes in Radstock and Peasedown and from their online shop: https://www.swallowcharity.org/shop.
